Little things are big blessings for orphan school children. A simple item like a backpack is something orphans will never be able to have without the generosity of others. Backpacks not only serve them for schooling, but also help them carry items they need for every day life. The high-quality backpacks we purchased are delivered in person by our outreach teams.
Feeding centers are a literal lifeline for orphans. Many live alone, in deplorable conditions, with no adults to care for them. For hundreds of orphans, the meals they receive at our care centers are the only food they get. Your gift of just $100 provides a weeks worth of meals for hundreds of children that would go hungry without your generosity.
Water is essential to our survival. Every day over 4000 children across the globe die from diseases caused by contaminated water. Your generous gift of a new bore hole well will help save the lives of those without this basic essential of life. This gift will fund the drilling and building of a well in a rural African community.
Fruit is a worldwide favorite, and they are rich in vitamins and highly nutritious. Fruit trees grow hundreds of fruit each year, are drought tolerant and provide much needed shade in arid climates. Starting a fruit tree orchard provides young adults the opportunity to create a self supporting industry that benefits and feeds others.
Education is a way for orphans to escape an endless cycle of poverty. Knowledge is a key that opens countless doors for these children. Orphans in eSwatini receive free schooling until grade 7, as long as they can pay for a uniform and school supplies. Education beyond grade 7 is not provided and orphans seeking further education must pay the entire cost of that education. Your generous gift to our ‘eSwatini Education Fund’ provides tuition, uniform and school supplies for orphans that will help give them a future full of knowledge and hope.
Starting sustainable businesses that directly impact the lives of orphans, and at risk youth is at the heart of our ministry. Chicken farms, not only provide jobs and income for communities, but also food for hungry children. Your generous gift of a chicken business startup will change an entire community and the trajectory of those within.
Water tanks are proven assets, as well as a necessity in many rural locations. Catching and storing rainwater is an activity that saves lives during droughts and power failures. In normal conditions, water tanks, provide water for things we take for granted, like hygienic, washing, gardening, and laundry.
Eggs are such a valuable source of protein! Each laying hen will provide much needed food & revenue for a child in need in Eswatini. Each hen will provide a daily egg for 2-3 years! What a wonderful way to bless a child in need.
Our coaches use soccer as a tool to teach life lessons, sportsmanship, and to share the hope we have in Jesus Christ. Your gift will provide a full bag of new soccer balls, and a carrying bag for a coach and team.
Several of our new church plants are without windows & doors for security & aesthetics. Your gift will allow one location to purchase the necessary metal, glass & security bars to finish out their place of worship. In addition, the metal doors will secure the structure from theft. What a special way to bless an entire community!
